More location filters

Free-text — type any place, area, or postcode. Useful when you're unsure which structured field to use.

Advanced: Geo-Circle Search

Not recommended for most use cases. Use only when you need strict distance-based filtering.

All three fields must be filled for geo-circle filtering.

Industry Codes

Quickfill NACE + SIC codes to include.

Exclusions

Use NACE when you want the European classification tree and SIC when you need the legacy US/UK view. Start broad with a 2-digit division, then narrow into specific classes if the preview is too large.

Reference lists: NACE Rev. 2 and SIC Manual.

Keywords

Use company name patterns, products, and brand cues (for example: Solar, EV Charging, Acme). Multiple business keywords use OR matching.

Use sector and use-case terms (for example: renewable energy, logistics software). Maps to categoriesKeywords.

Use both fields together for best results: add each term with Enter or comma.

Business Keywords match company names, brands, products, and proprietary wording. Category Keywords match the generic industries, capabilities, and services attached to a record.

Revenue

Use Local when you care about the reported native-currency figure, and USD or EUR when you need a single comparison currency across countries.

Actual is filing-backed. Estimated, Modeled, and Derived are progressively less direct and work better for broad market sizing than precision targeting.

Corporate Hierarchy
Quick add:

Global Ultimate Country Codes finds subsidiaries based on the top-most parent company’s country, even when the searched entity itself sits elsewhere.

Family Members is useful when you want either standalone businesses or larger groups. Start with a narrow range only when hierarchy itself matters, because it can dramatically reshape the result set.

Status & Legal

Optional physical location filter for standalone entities, HQs, and branches.

Quick Set

Physical location status filter (Infobel definitions):

  • Single Location (0): No other entities report to the business.
  • HQ (1): Headquarter/Parent; branches and/or subsidiaries report to the business.
  • Branch (2): Secondary location linked to a headquarter location.

Operational status presets for active, inactive, and distressed records.

Quick Set

Filter by operational status. Keeping Active checked excludes the non-active codes you do not also select, so you can widen from active-only to active-plus-distressed without losing the existing `ACT` logic.

Import / Export
Clear

Codes: A=Agent, B=Importer/Exporter, C=Importer, D=Import Agent, E=Export Agent, F=Commission Agent, H=Exporter.

Other
Year started presets:

Changes the label/output language used for parsed filters and rendered metadata. It does not filter records by the spoken language of the company.
